construction Certificates
If your project is complying development or you have received development consent, for projects including new houses, secondary dwellings, residential additions like pools, garages and awnings, the next step is to get a CC. As your PCA we can issue your CC, which must be obtained before building work commences. Without one, you cannot obtain an OC at the completion of building work.
occupation certificates
Before you can occupy your new home, your addition or secondary dwelling, you must apply for and obtain an OC. As your PCA we can issue your OC, after we’ve inspected the completed building work and are satisfied it is suitable to occupy.
mandatory inspections
Prior to your project starting, as your PCA, we will inform you about the inspections required. You or your builder will arrange for these inspections to be carried out as needed. Your OC may not be able to be issued if these mandatory inspections are not carried out.
